Governly provides structured decision support for vendor risk assessments. Output is intended to assist human decision-makers and does not constitute legal advice.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents you submit and for reviewing assessment output with your information security, legal and procurement stakeholders before acting on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to interfere with the integrity of the platform.

Disclaimer of legal advice

Governly provides decision support for governance, risk and compliance teams. The service does not constitute legal, regulatory or audit advice. Final decisions should be reviewed by qualified information security, legal and procurement stakeholders within your organisation.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Governly disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Intellectual property

Governly and all related trademarks, software, content and documentation are the intellectual property of Governly or its licensors. You retain ownership of the documents you upload and grant Governly a limited right to process them solely to deliver the requested assessment.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
